Terms and Conditions

This is an eve VIP entry card agreement made between Dorsia Basements Pty Ltd having registered office at lower level 334 city toad, Southbank VIC 3006 and you (“the card holder”). Use of the eve VIP entry card is at all times governed by the terms and conditions set out below.

The eve VIP entry card (“the Card”) should be signed by the cardholder immediately upon receipt. The cardholder can enjoy free entry at eve bar Southbank on any Saturday evening. With this, display your VIP membership card to the receptionist before 11pm on a Saturday and you will receive a $50 drink card. This amount may not be applicable on special event nights and can not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers unless otherwise stated by Dorsia Basement Pty Ltd. The card is valid for one year. Upon expiry, the renewal of the card will be at Dorsia Basement sole discretion. If the card is lost or stolen, the Cardholder shall immediately notify Dorsia Basement. Any replacement Card will be issued at the discretion of Dorsia Basement. The card is non-transferable. Dorsia Basement reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
