Dan/Eve, Thanks for organising a great night for us at Eve.  Although only 70 of the 200+ turned up (competing with St. Valentine proved harder than I thought!), I hope you all got good value from us in the room.   Feedback from all of the guests were, as with last time, that the service from the staff at Eve was exceptional. I go to a lot of places bar/clubs in different countries and have most of my close friends from the professional crowd that is not club-oriented, but who have very high expectations around service.  Everyone went out of their way to note that the people working at Eve (the door, reception, security and behind the bar) were so polite and helpful.   Anyway, please give my feedback and thanks to the Eve staff and Jordy, who again did a great job taking care of us. We are writing to say thank you so much for all that you have done. You have been so helpful and understanding. A birthday boy was totally surprised when he walked in, he thought he was having a drink with mates. He had no clue! All the guests were going a little crazy jumping and hugging him. He had a great time! All the deafies told me how much they enjoyed the night and the venue! All the bar, security staff, and of course a tall guy were doing an absolutely brilliant job. Well the big 21st event is done and dusted and went off without a hitch, we would like to thank Jordan for his help and friendliness throughout the night. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the night and the venue. Please also pass on our thanks to the bar staff, who at one stage were quite under the pump when the call went out for last drinks. Also pass on our thanks to the professionalism of the security staff during the night with no issues at all due to their diligence. There are no words that can truly show my gratitude to you and all the Eve staff. My birthday was absolutely marvellous and I have Eve to thank.

The feedback from my guests has been glowing… stunning venue, great customer service and friendly staff.

For me personally, I couldn’t have asked for more (and as you know, I have arranged a lot of events in my time!!!).
The warm welcoming received from you and the security staff, ensuring my guests were not standing outside waiting to enter and ushering them to the Dragon room. Always taking the extra step and assisting elderly down the stairs and moving general public patrons out of the way for my guests to go to the restrooms. I must admit, I have never had such a pleasant experience or feedback on security staff.

Will and the bar staff were absolutely TREMENDOUS!!!! No request was too hard or difficult, Will taking the time to find my friend in a wheelchair at the front to save me from looking for him. The senior bar girl… her customer service behind the bar is a real asset to Eve, well mannered and very pleasant at all times. I sure can see why she is in charge of private functions! It was never a drag for her to be working, in fact it was quite the opposite and was enjoying herself.

Although I didn’t get to taste much of the finger food (talking too much), my guests said it was of a high calibre, fresh and tasty!

Is it all the finer details and ‘extra’ customer service that truly sets Eve in high stead as a sophisticated, first-class venue! An experience I won’t forget and will be highly recommended.
